Thank you so much for your interest in my classes! Teaching is such a huge passion of mine and it’s even more exciting when I can impact the lives and businesses of others by sharing knowledge and love for all things marketing. 

To book a class, please check out the Class Summaries section below. (Scroll past FAQs). You will find a list of every class I offer, including the titles, time frame, cost per person,  CE approval status, and a class summary. 

Once you’ve selected the class or classes that pique your interest, please email me: erica@ericasobba.com and let me know what days of the week you prefer to host classes. I will then send you a list of all available dates that align with your weekday preference. 

After you’ve chosen a date that works for both parties, in order to officially book the class, you will need to send me a calendar invite**** with the following details: the name of class, address/location, and information about who will be covering the class fee. 

Please take note that all fees associated to the classes are based on attendance and so not include CE credit. CE credit is complimentary to the class, the fee is required for every attendee.

Confirmation will not be done over email. If a calendar invite is not sent, that date is still considered “open.” Available dates are sent based on days that do not have a calendar invite. Available dates are being sent to multiple hosts and are not locked in with any host until a calendar invite is sent.

How do I book a class? 

Please refer to the paragraph above! 

 

Can I book a class just for my sales team? 

Yes! If you would like to schedule a class that’s just for your team/your brokerage/your office, we can definitely make that happen. I consistently have lenders and title companies book me for their sphere of realtors, but I’m happy to teach specific teams. 

 

Where are you located and how far are you willing to travel? 

I’m located in the Spring Branch/Memorial City area of Houston, TX. I’m happy to travel all over the Great Loan Star State and other states in the Nation. With that said, there is an additional travel fee for places outside of Greater Houston Area. We can discuss as needed. 

 

Do you have a minimum fee? 

Nope! I’m happy to share my marketing love and knowledge for anyone willing to listen! 

 

Will you teach Zoom classes? 

Definitely! I can do a Zoom only class, an in-person class, or a mix between the two. 

 

Are all classes CE approved? 

No, not at this point. Some are, some aren’t. When you look at the Class Summaries section below, you will see TREC information next to the classes that are CE approved. After the class, I will collect license numbers and import the credits into the system within 24 hours. 

 

How do you accept payment? 

There are two ways I collect payment: Either a sponsor will cover the attendance fee for the whole class or the attendees will pay for their seat. If a sponsor pays, I will invoice the sponsor after the class. The sponsor can pay via ACH or Card. If the attendees pay, they will scan a QR code at the beginning of class, which will take them to a landing page where they can pay via Card. Cash is also accepted. 

 

I really want you to teach a class on ________ but I don’t see it in your list. 

If the class topic is in my wheelhouse and expertise, I’ll make that class for you! Just let me know what you’d like to learn and i’ll make it happen. After all, that’s how most of my classes below came to be! 

 

Can I book two classes for one day? 

Yes! If there are two classes you’d like me to teach back-to-back, I’m happy to do that. If you need ideas on which classes pair well together, let me know! 

How many classes can I book with you? 

As many as you’d like! Although I can only offer 2 classes in one sitting, we can book far out in advance the remainder of the classes as you see fit. 

 

Can you save me a spot in your calendar while I gather my details? 

So sorry, but no! I need that calendar invite to book the class. I used to save spots and it didn’t pan out in a way that made sense for me and my business! 

 

Will you create the marketing materials for this class? 

As much as I love creating marketing material, I don’t create the promotional flyers or collect RSVPs for these classes. I rely on the host/planner of these classes to take these activities on!
